Become a Yalie For Free!

Well...kind of.

Yale's new Open Yale online program is offering the public free access to Yale's undergraduate Introduction to the Old Testament class.

Very cool.

A hat tip to my online friend smcisaac for this link.

That is awesome, but would have been better if it was the Introduction to the New Testament class. I have no complaints about the OT class I took last semester, but NT... Ugh...

I don't know if you're into the ‘meme' thing. I was tagged and sometimes I'm a "follow the rules" kind of guy and number 5 says "Tag five other people" and you're one of the five blogs I read who hasn't already done this meme. So here it is. Do with it what you will.

1. Pick up the nearest book (of at least 123 pages).
2. Open the book to page 123.
3. Find the fifth sentence.
4. Post the next three sentences.
5. Tag five other people.
