It should be noted that Harbor Springs has the highest per-capita income in outstate Michigan...populated by the sort of folks who build couple-million-dollar "cottages" up north, who take the ol' yacht up to the bay on weekends, etc. (I always feel like one of the Beverly Hillbillies rubbernecking the rich folks' neighorhoods when I'm up in Resortland.) So Noah has kind of a specialized customer base. But I saw him on local TV, and he's quite the salesman too...cute kid.
