ER

I am going to be on hiatus for the next couple of days: My mother is in the hospital with what appears to be a mild heart attack. She'd been having what she thought was muscle pain in her shoulder for the last couple of days, but this morning it got much worse, and she began feeling short of breath, so I took her to the local ER. A few hours later we were 70 miles away at a regional medical center that specializes in cardiac care. So I expect I will be commuting back and forth for at least the next couple of days.

Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

Loving God,
Enfold Tawonda's mother both in your loving arms. Fill her and heal her. Guide the doctors and nurses caring for her, give them wisdom and discernment. Work thru them to accomplish your healing purposes. Comfort her and ease her pain, calm her fears.
Be with Tawonda, as she cares and worries. Calm her fears. Give her your peace. Surround her with your loving presence, your power and your wisdom. Give her your strength when she is tired, your compassion when she is worn out, your wisdom when she is lost.
We ask this in Jesus' powerful name, Amen.

You and your mother will be in my prayers. Remember to take good care of YOU (my favorite blogger) while you take care of your mother!
