Our church meets on Sunday evening, and I preached tonight. Having seen your post earlier, I mentioned it in my sermon (and even compared St. Paul to Big Bird . . .). The sermon was well-received (and mostly non-Sesame-Street-related).

Hee hee! Our priest, reading the Gospel, had a bit of trouble with the word. Now I wonder if he was thinking of this. (He is over 80 so maybe...maybe not...)

I was the one READING the word, so my mind didn't go there this time. I like the thought, though! :~)

I, too, thought of fuzzy elephants Sunday morning, as did our reader, which allowed us to have a nice moment during worship. :-)
