His cuteness, of course, is his saving grace. He was a DBB -- Dog Behaving Badly -- at the groomer's, including a messy poopatory incident that necessitated another bath. So that innocent look is just a ruse.;-) (Actually, when I took this picture I'd just gotten my bowl of chicken soup out of the fridge; he's thinking, "Chicken...I smell chicken...got some chicken?...mmmm, chicken...")
[In my wild misspent youth, my family had a long-haired Lab mix ("Mitzi", OBM), who'd get that Fifi poodle-look at da groomers: close-cropped bod, w/ ears and tail-tip a-flutterin' *LOL*]
In a similar vein, does anyone else love The Dog Whisperer (National Geographic Channel, Friday nights) as much as I do? Cesar Millan is a Freakin' Genius! (*)
. . . NOT w/ "problem dogs", but rather w/ the inevitably "problem people" the poor dogs have to suffer under. ;-D
If you have access to the NGC---and you love dogs---you really ought to check this show out. You'll laugh at the idiot owners (much of the time, they are), and Awwww! over the mutts.
[Just hope that on that blessed day when I am, again, a dog-owner, I won't end up one of these clueless types who have to bring Cesar in... ;-/]
