And it's hard to tell from the photos, but Gertie is just a little nugget compared to Cassie...we'd anticipated her growing into Labrador retriever size, but she's really only about as big as a large beagle. We think she has some spaniel blood in her (we keep her hair shorter than it would be naturally), which perhaps is keeping her petite.
She is just gorgeous! But too far for me to come and steal her! ;)
