The Return of Aunt Flo
She's overstayed her welcome by about -- oh -- two months now. Definitely a trick, not a treat. But, as a Japanese sage once observed in a completely different context, there is nothing left for me to do but laugh. And call the doctor, again.
Okay, yuck. I sometimes have to buy feminine hygene products for the women in my household but I draw the line at making holiday ornaments out of them.
Maybe to vent your frustrations about both Aunt Flo and negative politicians, you could shoot one of your local candidates with a tampon???? For extra laughs you could pick the one that you surmise is the most anti-feminist ...
I'm in the same boat... in fact, I went to the gyno yesterday and am currently waiting for the results of the blood test to determine if I'm surprisingly pregnant (the "zebra" of the old hoofbeats proverb) or never have to worry about birth control again (the "horse" option).
I came out to see if your heart is still beating. It must be. ;)
