I always think about the people I've known who have owned resorts. They tend to get burnt out. They are in business for themselves, which is a plus for some people, but when they can't get good help, it also means that they are cleaning bathrooms, cupboards, refrigerators, floors, boats, fish, etc. etc. Plus mowing grass.
