I balked at ...Check the Shipwreck Museum in the UP. I balked at the idea that come from LH's lips to go there, thinking it would be terribly depressing. However, I was pleasantly surprised at what a fine museum it is and the restored lighthouse which gives a glimpse of how the keepers' and family lived. It was all very well and nicely done. <BR/> There's boardwalks to go out to see Lake Superior. We saw a freighter go by.<BR/> Try a whitefish sandwich in Paradise.
